SPECIFICATION
Apply limited pressure on roller in order to prolong service life of roller &horn.
2. Check the wire connections, also the machine parts inside the ultrasonic box before operation.
3. Keep air flow and the ambient temperature won’t be too high (30 degrees orless).
4. Don’t let water enter into the ultrasonic box and ultrasonic transducer/horn.
5. When not in use for long time, oil the metal parts and cover the machine placed in a dry ventilated place.
6. The ultrasonic box should be opened monthly, with a clean air gun to remove dust.
7. Machine needs rest regularly, can’t be work more than 8 hours each time.
8. Don’t touch ultrasonic transducer in order to avoid high voltage shock.
9. Don’t insert your fingers into roller when machine is running.
10. Machine should be grounded reliable.
