Operation Notes
1.All machine wires are 220V voltage, make sure power off supply when maintenance |
2. Make sure by putting the same specification bobbins in the bobbin plate. Don't use the different specification bobbins in mixture |
3. Make sure by using the non-deforming bobbins and cleaning the surplus yarn of bobbins, otherwise it will lock the bobbin,cause of failure |
4. If the alarm at the red light is on, it shows that the bobbins or the yarn has been used up or break yarn. Or the full bobbin without falling into the hopper, sensor without induction to the bobbins sensor light is on all the time. |
5.Would you please open the machine cover, use the air gun to clean the sundries regularly Checking whether there is bobbin drop inside the machine. In order to avoid damage the machine, make sure the machine works |
